AKAROA COUNTY BY-LAWS.
Sir, —As these by laws were made to keep motors off the roads at nights to prevent there frightening horses six years ago, surely thi3 is sufficient time for our animals to be educated to the motors. A3 a landowner and a borseowner who uses the roads a greai deal, 1 say let us be fair and give the motors the same rights on the roads as ourselves. —I am, etc., NOT A MOTOR OWNER,
