The Cologne newspaper "Yolks Zeitung" declares Sir Roger Casement's arrest again "proves the excellence of Britain's political secret service. Though Casement's Consular experience fully acquainted him with the organisation of the secret servicehe never suspected he was constantly watched and his footsteps dogged everywhere he went. He was seized the moment he landed in Ireland. Sir Roger Casement's trial is fixed Monday next.
