SIR CECIL RICE THREATENED
WASHINGTON, April 26
Sir Cecil Arthur Spring Rice has received an anonymous letter threatening him with the death of himself and every British official in the United States 'J Sir Roger Casement is hanged. A cipher message received in New York on Sunday indicated that a revolt Met"started in.lrel.and and; asked Irish Americans to help. Great activity at Irish headquarters followed.
