CIVIL CASES. H, T, Toko v, W. Glynan, claim £16 10s was adjourned to April 5, 191(3.
E. W. Staples v. S. Hokianga, claim £15 7s 8d on a judgment summons was also adjourned to sth April, 1916.
In the case E. W. Bachelor v. W. Chapman, a claim of £4, evidence was taken in the court for hearing at Timaru, MOTOR BY-LAW BREACH. A. G. Bull was fined 10/- and costs for a breach of the Akaroa County Council's by-law in driving out a car from Akaroa after sunset. CATTLE AT LARGE. H, W. Dack, T. M. Shepherd, J. Wilson, J. Phillips and J. Cairns were each fined 10/- and costs for allowing cattle to be at large, the county ranger being the informant in each case.
