OKAIN'S BAY PBOPEBTY. At the Duvauchelle Bole on Friday last, Meairs H Matson and Co. offered 158 acres la three lots, tbe property of Mrs Kroma Nicholson, of Okaio'e Bay. The property wbi all sold, Mr Leio jstar Matson acting as aootionear. The lots were sold at the fol. lowing splendid prices : — Lot I—6o acres or thereabout, sold to Mr E. Haloes, Okaio's Bay, for £37 10s per aote. Lot 2—73 acres 3 roods, was sold to Mr A Mason, Okain's Bay, at £29 per acre. Lot 3—20 uores with homestead, situated thereon, w<_ cold to Mr Percy Harris at £41 per acre. A hard of dairy aowa was aold on behalf of tbe late 1 bomaß Harriß later in the Bale, and on bubal! alao of tbe ezeoutriz Mrs Niobolson, at K°od prices.
