IN PURSUANCE of Section 104 of tbe "Public Works, Act, 1908," Publio Notice is Hereby Given that the Akaroa Counfy Counoil, at a meeting held on tbe 26th day of February, 1916, ordered that from thq date of the making of the orders the District Road known as tbe Flat Road Commencing at the junction of the Main Coach Koad at Duvauchelle with tbeiFlat Road and extending along the Flat Road, to its junotion with the Main Goaobßoad at Barry's Bay should cease to be a District Road, and henceforth be tf County Road, and also that the portion of suoh Main Coaoh Road between the.junotions of the Flat Road with the Main County Road at Duvauobellee and Barry's Bay respectively should cease to be a county road and henceforth be n diet, net road. ,' Dated this 28th day of February, 1916. 6.
