We are deeply grateful to you and to the Lakn Elles mere Swan Drive Committee for the unique gift. lam getting free storage for tbe ewans, and we will pee how they turn out if they, are in good order (which I am sure they will be), we anticipate using a few of them now i end keeping the rest for Christmas dinners for the Belgian refugees. I am having tbe recipe which you sent for oooking trans'ated into French and Flemish. I will hayo much pleasure ia writing you again later in some few weeks* time and letting you know bow the venture succeeded and how we are distributing them.; —Youra very truly,
