COPENHAGEN, February 6
The newepaper "Kjobenhaon" states that a German torpedo boat attempted to searoh the American steamer Morene in Danish territorial waters, Tbe captain answered that tbe ship's papers were in the bands of the Customs Offioer. The latter was on board and declined the delivery of them. The story has created a great sensation in Denmark'
