TROOPER PERCY BIRDLING. Trooper Percy Birdling, son of Mrs R. Birdling, of Caton's Bay. Little River, was seat away from Ansae some months ago to the Lemnos Hospital Writing to his relatives, Trooper P Birdling said he was not seriously ill, but only feeling tbe effects of a slight' breakdown. His people received word later tbat be was removed from the Lemnos Hospital, and was not so well. He felt the change of temperature in Gallipoli after four or five months spent in I Egypt in midsummer.
