LADIES MEETING AT DUVAUCHELLE.

A meeting of ladies in the Akaroa County distriot will be held at tbe Hall, Duvauohelle, to morrow morn ing at 10 80 o'clock to arrange details for tbe big County Carnival to be bold at Duvsuobelle on Thursday, January 6tb, 1910.

Delegates will be present from all tbe Bays in the County and tbe ques tion of getting an approximate idea of tbe work done and to be done for tbe different stalls will be fully di.cussed.

The meeting will do a great deal of good as it will give those working for tbe Carnival an actual estimate of what is required to be done.
