Allotments will be made by the Controller and Auditor General. In tbe case of default in payment of the balance tbe deposit previously paid will be liable to forfeiture. If no allotment ie made tbe deposit will be returned. Interim receipts will be isaaedon lodgment and will be subsequently exchanged for Debentures; The Debentures will be issued with interest coupons attached. interest will be payable half'yearly on presentation of coupone at a Postal Money order Office, or at the Bank of New Zealand, or at the Treasury. Interest will be computed from the 15th October, 1915, and will be tree of income tax. An annual Sinking Fund it established to provide for tbe redemption of the Debentures. The Debentures will be issued in denominations of £5, £25, £60, £100, £600, £1000, or in such higher denominations as may be agreed upon witb the Treasury, Rod will be made payable te bearer. Debentures will be repayable at par at the Treasury, Wellington, or at any offioe of the Bank of New Zealand in tbe Dominion on their due date. Banks aid registered Sbarebrokers will be allowed a oommiesion of Sβ per £100 on allotments mads in respect of applications received from them direct, and which bear. their stamp, and are forwarded to the Treasury or to tbe Post offices under cover of tbe form provided.
