WORK DONE IN AKAROA.
On Saturday the work done in Aka roa for the wounded soldiers wag eenfc away by the Cygnet, Meaßrs Stevenson, Stuart & Go. taking this box, as all previous ones, free of charge. The following is the list of contents which will be given to the Hospital Ship and Lady Liverpool Fund :—
18 dfiyshirts, 18 pyjamas, 3 dres sing gowns, 17 flannel undershirte, 15 gauze underphirts, 1 pair sbeetp, 41 2 pillows, 9 dozen handkerchiefs, 10 face cloths, 27 bag? swaba (80 in each), 110 manitail?, 256 roller bandages, 2 and Bin, 50 feeders, 83 draw sheets, 2 bundles of old linen, 50 paira sox, 7 soarves, 6 Balaclavas, i pairs bed aocke, 8 paire deck shoes.
