An Akaroa friend received a letter from Lieur.. written at the firing line, GulUpoli, on August 2nd. This was before Lieut, Priest had received his second wound. He said he was fife and well, and that they were having a very quiet day in the trenches Hβ mnntions having juat seen tbe Waghoru twins and Tom Warner
