RIOTS IN HAYTI.
PRESIDENT SHOT DEAD.
Port au Prince, July 28. A mob of infuriated Haytians removed President Guillaume from the French Legation where he had taken refuge, and shot him to death before the door.
Oscar, the Governor of Porfc au Prince, executed one hundred and sixty political prisoners. The mob broke into his office, dragged him out and pbofc him dead, leaving the body lying in the duat.
