ARRAS BOMBED AGAIN.
The High Commissioner reports:— London, July 19.
Violent artillery fighting continues around Souobez. Ten large bombs were thrown on Arras. On the heights of the Meuse lively infantry actions are proceeding. At Ravine Bousvaux a German liquid fire attack was repulsed, In the course of a day's fighting the French inflicted serious losses and took over 200 prisoners.
