In tbe police court to day, George Bond, ex Registrar of Electors at Hamilton, was charged with having neglected to pay£22 17s into the Public Account to which the money wa3 payable. According to the cvi , dence, defendant allowed small sums of money collected for tbe sale of rolls, etc., to be mixed up with hie business, which was a partnership.
