Rome, June 27. Reinforcements from France and Galicia have brought Austria's army against Italy to the desired efficiency. Austria has also completed tbe fortifications of her defences.
Operations in Laverone and Folgaria, on the high Malbargbetto plateau, on tbe Predil Pass and at Tolmioo and Gorizia, have assumed tbe character of piege war, and the remainder of tbe conflict will be transformed into a trench war. EVACUATION OF LEMBERG. Petbograd, June 27.

Tbe court, in the further cases of treason, sentenced Weasels to five years' imprisonment and fined him £5000. Conroy and Nicholas Ser portan were each sentenced to four years' imprisonment without a fine.
