PREPARATION OF LOCALITY PLAN ADVOCATED.
TO THE EDITOR. Sir, Be Lake Coleridge electrical scheme Me Sanckell gave me a rough outline of what was required of delegates to the conference with Mr Birks, and bus asked me to co operate with him in collecting data. It appears to me that the most essential point has been left out, that is, to provide Mr Birks with a locality plan of each bay, giving the distance from one bay to another, the length of branch lines, together with the lights and power required. By doing this the delegates will give Mr Birks a vast; amount of information, which would enlighten his work in giving approximate cost of reticulation.-—I am, etc.,
