GERMAN SHELLS STOPPED.
HELD IN ROUMANIA
Bucharest, June 16. The Roumanian authorities stopped another train of twenty trucks, which was proceeding towards Turkey, with a double framework of spaeea filled with shells. All were confiscated.
Scattered German and Austrian couriers are daily passing towards Turkey They invariably have large quantities of luggage and cases of supposed red cross material, Many have been found to contain war material and an apparatus for producing poisonous gases.
