The usual meeting of the Board was held on tbe 29ih ultimo. Present-Muesrs W. Q Dalglißb (chairman), A. A. Macpbail. J P. Petterson and F 0 Aldridge The Returning Officer reported that the election bad resulted in the return of Ibe retiring members. Mr Macphail moved and Mr Aldritfce lee* onded that Mr Dalglieh be obairmun for th« ensuing year. Carried. Correspondence was received— jjft \ From Mr J. R. Thacker stating thai he ' - was moving in tbe matter of tbe motor by laws; also asking certain work to oe done r— .
