Tbe employees of the Council appled for an increase of pay, which was refused- It wae decided to urge the men to put in more time on the roads particularly in wet weather. The Council having given the new grader a fair trial, agreed to pnrohase it. The Clerk WB3 instructed to obtain tne usual quantity of poisoned wheat for distribution , The dog oollars having arrived, the clerft was instructed to proceed with registration without delay.
