In the Persian Gulf the Governor of Omarah, with 30 officers and 700 men surrendered on Thursday Atn arah is now occupied by us. Our captures to date are 80 officers, 2000 men, 7 field guns, 6 naval guns, 18 steel barges, 1 river steamer, 8 small steamers, many rifles and am munition of all sorts,
