A sitting of this Court was held fore Messrs 0. Armstrong and J. D Biuoe, Justices of the Peace, on Wed Qesday.
Iα the civil case, L. E. Hammond (Mr Williams) v. B. Paurinl, a claim tot £7 as part payment of a boat, judgment was given for plaintiff by default with costs.
The civil case, 0 McGuiness v. L* Wright, claim £184 17- 6d, was adjourned until next Court day, it being above the jurisdiction of the sitting Justices.
In the Akaroa County Council vehicular oase, A. Ragatski was fined .203 and costs for driving a motor on the County roads after sunset.
