CHRISTOHUROH V. PENIN SOLA.

A match Chrisfechurch v. Peninsula was fired on tbe Cashmere Hills range on Saturday last, when Cbristchurch won by 29 points. Considering every-, thing, this was an excellent record for the Peninsula, as they bad only thbir bare team, Rev. J W. Hay ward and Mr Whitly being unable to attend. Alao G Mould, who is looked upon as a safe 90 roan, had a very bad day for him, and only made 74. The Christchurob people entertained the visitors right royally, and they bad a most en joyable day's outing. Following are the scores: — PENINSULA.
