* PENINSULA V. CHRISTCHUROH A match was fired on Saturday, May Ist, at Pigeon Bay between a team representing the Peninsula aud , a team from the Christchurch Defence Rifle Club. The day waa fine for shooting, except that the light act times made it difficult. The Christobnrob team won the match with a total of 919 for ten men, Dockery and Tyers both made the possible at, BOOyda. The Peninsula total was 878, the match being tost by 4 points per man.
