BELGIUM RELIEF FUND.
MOTUKARARA AND KAITUNA
A day pigeon shooting matoh was held at Waihora Parkin-aid of the above fund on Friday, April 9;h. A fairly strong wind wae blowing that made shooting rather diffloult, •un still some very good soores were put up. The first match wae won by Mr Bert Jackson, with nine straight out bits, Mr 8, Anderson being second with eight hits. The ■eoond matoh was also won by Mr Bert Jaokson, Mr 8. R. Nutt being seoond. The next match was won by Mr E. Goodwin who broke all his birds. Winners of otfapr matches were Mesers A. Streeter, L, , Anderson and H. Cossar.
Mrs C. W Field waa successful in dispo9of a doll which realised £1 4s, and tbe total receipts for the day were over £13 nett, which will be added to tbe results of the Gala held on March 13th.
