It was reported that the surfacemen bad been repairing the Bit; Hill road, and it was arranged that some metal be carted from tbe creek to repair the Valley road, where the metal is breaking up through the dry weather; also that Messrs Spurr and Harris be asked to proceed with tbeir contrast for 150 yards of metal on tbe Valley road at once, and to make arrangements for getting tbe Sfcouey Bay road metal done also. The clerk was instructed to give final notice that outstanding rates mast be paid by the first week in Marcb.

Accounts were passed for payment to tbe amount of £20 ISs 9d, and the Board rose.
