There was a fair yarding of store oattlp, the majority being of indifferent quality. Quotations are:— Yearlings, 355. Fifteen to eighteen'montbs sorts, £2 Is to £8 6s. Two-year steer?, £5 5s to £5 16s. Two and a half year steers, £6 5s (good) Two year heifers, £4 ss. . Tbree-year steers, £7 15s. Three-year heifers, £5 7s Gd. Dry cows, 30s to £5 10s. The yarding of dairy cows was an average one, ia point of numbers, and tbe quality was scarcely bb good as at some recent sales The demand was unchnngeel, and pricee ranged from £3 10s to £9, extra to £12 sa. Fat pigs were represented by an entry of medium size, including a number of heavy animals. Quotations are:— Choppers, 70s to 92 6d. Light bacouers, 47b 6d to 553. Heavy baooners, 67a 6d to 665. Extra heavy baooners, 70s to 725. Price p°r 1b.,5d to 5Jd. Light porkers, 30s to 355. Heavy porkers, 37s to 45s Prioe per lb, 5Jd to Gd. There was a fair yarding of store pips, &nd tha market showed little obange from the prices ruling a week earlier, Quotations are:— Larue stores, 30s to 375. Medium stores, 18s to 28s. . Small stores. 14s to 17s. Suckers and weaners, 2s to Ba.
