RUMOURS OF SEA EVENTS
Hamburg, February 3.
Tbe Kaiser's to Wilbemshaven, in conjunction with tbe warning to commercial shipping, is interpreted as tbe prologue to important sea events It is rumoured that Germany will try to engage tbe British fleet in southern waters, while another squadron will go full speed to the north, with tbe object of covering the landing of troops in England. The "Social Democrat" says that it is persistently stated that great con tingentg of troops were gathered at Wilhemshaven at the time of the Scarborough raid.
