It ia reported in Holland that al. though the Kaisor is said to have completely recovered, his medical advisers were strongly opposed to his departure from Berlin, but 'he army chiefs insisted that, be muse spend Christmas with the troops at the fron' in order to impress and encourage them. The Kaiser yielded to these representations against, tbe strongest! solicitations of tbe doctors, and as j he left Berlin looked very pale and ill. and appeared to have nged. He depnrted in silence, There was no demonstration of any kind,
