Akauoa Vioahacik.— At tho Diocesan Synod on Tuesday, Mr EL D. Andrews moved— That the resolutions passed by Synod on Wednesday be modified so ns to provide that no part of (bo interest or rent included in the pums rrifiifc oriod in such resolutions be paid out of the capital of tho proceeds of tho sale of tho old Akaroa vicarage and site; but that, so far as funds may be available, such rent and interest bo paid out of any interest or income derived from, any tempor. nry investment of such capital.—Tho reso. lution was pas cd.
