The monthly sitting of the Little River S.M. Court was held before T. A B, Bailey, Esq,, S.M , at the Little River S.M. Court on Tuesday last.
In the oise J. H. Todd v J. 0 Coop, a claim for £94 23 Id, partly held a 5 the Little River Court on Sept. l;fc, and afterwards adjourned to Chris churoh for'further evidence nnd legal argument, judgment was given for defendant each side to pay their own costs.
', Judgment for plaintiff by consent was given in the following cases : — G. Columbus v Ben Stevens, £1 16s, S. T. Harris v J. Hanwrigbt, £14 4s 9d j T. K. Taylor v P. Hopapata, £5 17s 9d.
In the judgment summons case Maling & Co. v Pander sod, after ex amioation of debtor, no order was made.
