Tha ladies in the room offered to supply a housewife eaob, and pome two, about twenty five in all being promise!. These would be id addition to a subscription, Mrs H W. Wilfeins kindly offered one yard oi American cloth for the housewives nml Mrs Armstrong anothec yard. Miss M. Vani g'oni offered to give any i> ore material that wai required above tbe two. yards. Mrs Hie es undertook to cut up the material into the required sections ' Mrs Thomas proposed that the funds be handed in, and housewives made, to be given in at a meeting to be held onSatnt* day afternoon, at 3,30 p.m. Seconded by , Mrs Hall, and carried.
