MOBILISATION IN SWITZERLAND, Berne, August 5. Mobilisation is complete. Every able bodied man has been placed on military duty. • The authorities are confident that they can prevent the combatants from crossing the frontier. NORWEGIAN 3TEAMER PURSUED.
