HAY WARD'S PICTURES
LAST FRIDAY'S PROGRAMME. A very fine collection of pictures was screened on Friday night, including the star, "Spectre of the Sea." This picture was especially worth seeing on account of the exquisite beauty of the scenery in which the story was laid. "The Italian Marble Quarries" was a most instructive film, as also "Visit to a Cripple's Home." -'Rough Ride with Nitro Glycerine " was a fine drama, while "Jane's Waterloo," "Tickets Please" and "When a Woman Won't" were excellent comics.
