Fredericksen, the tender of Messrs Barker Bros, at £227 18s 6d for tbe road, and £2 16a per chain for tbe fencing was accepted, subject to a minor mat ters being corrected. Carried unanimously. Arrangements were maJengarding the work mapped out for tbe forerrmu acd rnt-D, and Mr' Leonardo was instructed to make inquiries re hor.se and .dray. On tbe motion of Mr A. A. Mac pbail, seconded by Mr J. Petterson, accounts to the amount of £78 16s 9d were passed for payment, and the meeting adjourned.
