AKAROA BOATING CLUB.

A committee meeting of the Akaroa Boating Club was held in the boathouse on Tuesday, 17th March, 1914 ; present—Messrs T. Lewitfc (in chair),' . W.H. Parkin, C.'Goodwin, M. Kearney, T. McGuire, R Bruce, C. W. "' Leete and M. Daly.

Carried, Mr Leete proposed and Mr Bruce seconded, that the club obtain the requisite number of trestles for supper table. Carried. Mr Bruce moved and Mr McGuire secorjded, that the captain's action in letting chairs to St. Peter's church be approved. Carried.
