WHITE WOLF BANDITS.

White Wolf bandits maesacred 1300 people during tha sacking of Liunchow. Twenty five thousand troops are now converging on the "White Wolves" stronghold, where 2000 bandits are entrenched. Half of the bandits are armed with modern rifles . The troops evince a strong disinclination to come to close quarters. Unles the bandits are cxi terminated it is feared that they will become the centre of another revolution.
