RAILWAY STATION BROKEN INTO.
n Foxton, February 2, 9 The local railway station was broken into between 1.30 a.m. on Saturday y and 8 o'clock on Sunday morning, n An entrance was gained by forcing c open a window. All the drawers in y tho office were prized open, and about L 6 25s in cash taken. An attempt was made to blow open the safe.with gelig i. nite, but it was unsuccessful, the c lock and brasswork being damaged. B . Swags in the parcels office were used sto deaden tha explosion The police - are investigating the occurrence.
