NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN tbat at a Special Meeting of tbo Wairewa County Council held on the 30th day of December, 1913, it was resolved that the Wairewa County Council should, by way of Special Order, make a By law under " The Counties Act, 1908." The object and purport of the said By-law are to provide for regulating tbe conditions on which Heavy Traffic, as defined in the said Bylaw, shall be permitted to paFS along the public roads within the Coujty of Wairewa, And it is hereby furthrr publicly notified that the said resolution will be submitted for confirmation at a meeting of the said Counoil, to be held at the Council Office, at Little River, on the 3rd DAY OF FEBRUARY, 1914, at 11 o'clock, at which meeting the day of the coming into force of the By-law will be fixed. A oopy of the proposed Special Order and By-law will be open for publio inspection at the Council Office, at Little River, from the date hereof until the said confirmation meet ing is held. The whole of the loan is to be repayable at the expiration of thirty years from the raising of the loan, It is proposed to pay out of the loan i moneys the cost of raising the loan, and 1 the first year's interest of the loan during the \ construction of the said works.
