NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that at a Special Meeting of the Wairewa County Council held on thß 30th day of December, 1913, it was resolved that the Wairewa County Council should, byway cf Special Order, make a Bylaw under. "Tbe Counties Act, 1908." The obj :ot and purport of the said By-law are to provide for regulating the conditions on which Heavy Traffic, as defined in the said Bylaw, shall be permitted to pa?s along the public roads within the County of Wairewa Arid it ii hereby further publicly notified that thi sai 1 resolution will be submitted for confirmation at a meeting of the said | Council, to be held at the Council Office, i.t Little River, on the 3bd DAY OF FEBRUARY, 1914, at 11 o'clock, at which meeting tbe day of the ooming into force of the By-law will be fixed.
