Clcmenceau, in an article in "Lhomme Libre," contrasts the Go vermental organisation in Germany and England, and pictures the diplo macy which loads Mr Lloyd Gearge to begin preparations for national defeat. when everything points to Turkey assiuriog the offensive under the guidance of Germany.
