THE NEW FEDERAL STAMP.
KING RECEIVES FIRST LETTER
London, January ±. The King has received from Mr Agar Wynne, the Commonwealth Postmaster-General, the first letter bearing the new Federal stamp. The abolition of the kangaroo carries out tbe King's wish that the King's head should represent the emblem of empire for the Colonies as well as for England.
