SOLDIf'RS SUFFER SEVERELY IN SNOWSTORMS.
St Petersburg, Jan i. The soldiers who guarded the Czar's train along the entire route from Moscow to St. Petersburg suffered severely in the heavy snowstorms that prevailed, Many wandered on to ths track in a dazed condition, and were killed by passing trains.
