In a telegram to the " New York World," Huerta expresses gratitude for the firm attitude of Admiral Fletcher at Tamapica, which he says undoubtedly saved millions of dollars worth of property. It is reported that General Villa, with 6000 men, is surrounded by 12,000 Federals.
