ST. PETER'S CHURCH SUNDAY SCHOOL.
SALE OF WORK.
• The eale of work in connection with St. Peter's Anglican Churoh at the Oddfellows , Hall on Wednesday and yesterday afternoons and evenings was considerably marred by tlio wretched weather experienced. The organisation of the sale of work was excellent, and the promotors and those who carried it out both as stall holders and entertainers are to be congratulated on their efforts. A good deal of the work and produce was unsold, but consider iag the wretched weather the promotors had to contend with, the results are fairly satisfactory. Oα Wednesday the gross takings were £39, and with yesterday's takings the total should reach well over £60."
