MB, W. BADOLIFFE AT PIGEON BAY, On Friday night, Mr W. Radeliffc, the Liberal candidate for the Lyctel ton electorate, spoke at the schoolroom, Pigeon Bay. Mr John Pettigrew presided, and there woe ft large attendance of electors. Before pro ceeding with bis address, Mr Radcliffe made feeling reference to the death of the late member for the district, Mr G. Laurenson, and on the motion of the chairman a vote of sympathy was passed to the widow and family- The speaker, who was accorded a respectful and an attentive bearing, dealt with the political questions of the day, and at the close of his speech received a hearty vote of thanks, MEETINGS POSTPONED. Owing to the rough weather, Mr Radcliffe was unable to journey to Lβ Bon's to speak on Saturday night as publicly notified.
