CONCORDAT ABOLISHED.
Paris, Nov. 11. The Chamber of Deputies, by 376 to 98, resolved to placard M. Brand's speech, indicating that Rome had tho same liberty enjoyed by all, but nothing beyond. The .Pope had "recognised that the Concordat was abolished, inasmuch as he had appointed new bishops, which he was unable to do under the Concordat.
