Bead, in the absence of tlwi president, was voted to tho chair. Deep regret was expressed at 4hc loss of Mr John Clare, si, very enthusiastic supporter, and a motion of sympathy with his relatives was passed.! ■ ■ . It was decided to hold the 'stomal show at Oniakau on the first Thursday in December instead of on the iirst Wednesday as hitherto.
