QUEEN JULIANA

TALK WITH MR JORDAN (Special Correspondent—N.Z.P.A.). (Rec. 9.35 a.m.) LONDON, Nov. 22. Queen Juliana of the Netherlands and Prince Bernhard both chatteo with the Rt. Hon. W. J. Jordan about New Zealand when the High Commis sioner attended a reception for representatives of the Commonwealth given by her Majesty. The Queen referred to the immigration office set up by New Zealand in the Netherlands, and said that man> of her people were hoping to settle in the Dominion. The Prince recalled his meetings with Mr Jordan during the war, and his frequent visits to the New Zea land Forces Club. Mr Jordan attended a State banquet at Buckingham Balace given by the King and Queen to welcome their Royal visitors, and a luncheon at the Guildhall given by the Lord Mayor and Corporation of London. At Buckingham Palace, Queen Elizabeth expressed to Mr Jordan her sympathy at the loss of his wife.
